2002 Pontiac Trans Am Collector’s Edition

As they say, the last of the breed. When they reintroduced Camaro, they did nothing for Pontiac…probably a pretty good early indication that the Pontiac brand was moribund. What a shame…No ot…

That sounds like me, John! I used to get 2 of everything! Fantastic appreciation there! Too bad my earliest efforts in the early 50’s were thrown out years ago! Thanks! :) Jack

I expect someone like you to grab brochures. I would be shocked if you didnt =PI unloaded most of my broshures on Ebay and was very excited that the TA collectors edition one fetched $50 =)One I did keep though C5 Corvette which I obtained the real car 5 months ago or so and my next purchase 96-99 Suburban and I was happy to discover I still have the broshure for that in my drawer. Unfortunately I lost my Regal one but thankfully Ebay has everything these days =)

Hey, Daryl! Yeah, I thought it was an impressive car! What a pity General Motors was not worthy of the Pontiac brand! Thanks! :) Jack

I think I saw a photo of a concept version of the Firebird based on the 2010 Camaro. Guess it didn’t get any farther than that since they chose to do away with Pontiac. To bad it was a nice looking car.

Hey, Dennis! Could very well be…I can’t imagine Pontiac sitting back and not envisioning their version of the new Camaro. What a pity it never came to be! Thanks! :) Jack
