i got a 87 olds cutllass hurst 442 gold edition big block v8 will smoke the stock g/n and some of them g body grand prix came with 400’s and 350

The revised package lasted only three years, and the last 442 in 1987 came with the aforementioned 307 rated at either 170 hp or 180hp at 4,000 rpm, depending on the source. While this was a reliable engine, it was no drag strip terror, with quarter-mile times of 16.6 seconds at 83 mph; zero-to-60 mph times of 9.5 seconds were also reported, and weren’t impressive figures then, either. i finished restoring a Buick grand national a week ago, i said hell with the factory seats and interior and went with veilside bucket seats.

Those cars will never get old I know the grand national is already a big collectors item and is pretty valuable and i can see the rest of the g bodies very valuable in a few decades.

The body of the Grand Prix definatly qualifies but they never did anything with it,, I mean can you honestly consider it a muscle car unless the engine was changed?
