Hi there, there is a person living on my street with a 2007 Ford Explorer XLT Sport Trac for sale. I’ve been eyeing it for the past few days. Here is what is included:
Power windows & lock, cruise, air (I’m assuming conditioner), in car heater, command start, extend box bar & running boards.
The person’s asking price is $30k, I was told that it wasn’t a reasonable price.
Another factor in the price is that I live in an isolated community where the truck probably either had to a) be brought in on sealift or b) be brought in on the plane.
I’m thinking that these people are taking advantage of where we live and jacked up the price.
I was just wondering in normal circumstances, how much would that truck go for?

Which used car would you purchase: A certified used 2006 Ford Explorer or a 2007 Ford Edge?

The Explorer has less than 21k miles and is in great condition. It’s certified used by Ford but has worse gas mileage than the Edge.
The Edge has 18k mi, but the CARFAX report shows an accident and damage to the front of the vehicle. No damage is apparent upon inspection of the car, but the extent of the damage is uncertain. I like the design of the Edge, but am reluctant due to uncertain damages.
Thoughts?

Ok so I want to buy my first car….I’ve been looking through different online listings and I have decided to buy a Honda Civic either 2007 or newer…. There was this 2007 Sedan with 41,000 miles…. Is that too much for a 3 year old car???

My lease is up in March, but I only have 300 miles left on leased van. should I trade it in now or just wait a week, to see if they better deals? also, do different dealerships of the same make have different prices?
am curious why everyone says not to lease. I find it quite convenient, and love not having to worry about major repair costs when vehicle starts falling apart.

i have 1000 dollars saved up for my first car. I need to start building my credit soon. i want to ride in a new car but i only get paid 150.00 every two weeks. I don’t have to worry about bills cause i live with my mother. she won’t put me on her Insurence, so i have to get my own. she said i’d come out better getting a cheaper car…what do you think?
