been trying to sell my eclipse gt 2002 auto tip 133k black, for over a month now, now one has come to look a few calls but never lead to much..price is now at 6,000 kbb when i started was 6600, now its at 6100 should i go down to like 5500 or 5700 or something? i just want this thing gone now, it has pretty much money invested performance wise, lowered, exhaust, intake, etc. nothing too major..any advice?

just totaled my 2002 Mini Cooper. need to find a new car fast because CA tax is going up on April 1st (less than a week from now). I already can’t afford a car, let along thousands of dollars on tax.
I’m thinking about a certified pre-owned car instead of a brand new car since I drive a total of 100 miles per day to work (and LA traffic sucks). Therefore, I also need a fuel efficient car.
I’ve ruled out European cars since I’ve heard the second hand/cpo Eurpean cars have bad reputations because of the computer chips inside. and European car isn’t exactly fuel efficient or cheap. The thing is after that car accident, I don’t want a light weight car like Civic or Corolla with bad frontal crash testing. and for a selfish reason, I am a girl, and I had an awesome Mini, I want to at least “like” the car for its looks. I almost feel like I need to get another Mini because of the price, fuel efficiency and the look, even though it’s not as safe.
My friends have suggested me Acura TSX. are there anymore suggestions that fits my bill? I know I’m asking a bit much for criteria. My budget is around $14000 to $30000, but hopefully it won’t reach the $30000 mark.
