i have about a 1000 bucks and am looking for a good running car, although a grand aint alot of money i need a place like a website where i can find a nice used car, other then craigslist lol because everytime i email someone its already sold haha. i live in omaha ne so anywhere close would be great. any ideas or sujjestions would be nice too!

On Labor Day I bought the 2005 Nissan Murano I had leased from the Nissan dealership and have a sale and finance contract. Yesterday the salesman called telling me the dealership had to pay the leasing company a 350.00 transfer fee and I had to reimburse them. The Leasing company was closed on Labor Day, so such fees were unknown. Am I liable for the extra fees or is that the dealership’s problem?

I have been pre-sold a new car on 08/04/06, but I have still not taken the delivery of the vehicle as the dealer does not have that in stock.
I want to know whether I can cancell the car sale contract?

So I lost the contract and they committed fraud and I am going to sue them (they don’t know yet) So My question is that if i should call and nicely ask for another copy or can they say no??? I mean they don’t know I am planning on suing them. thanks

I refuse to buy from a dealer because I’ve sold cars before and I know what they’re taught to do and I’ll end up kicking someone in the teeth. I have a bankruptcy for a 100,000 laser back surgery I had after a car accident. It’s prob not much more than a year old, if that.. and I want to get approved over the internet. I want a USED car from a private party seller. I really only need 5000-6000 but everywhere requires a min of 7500

ik if its a private sale u just sign over the title….but if i own a car dealership and sell used cars dont i need special paperwork of somekind or just sign the title from my dealership to the person?
