You can use without fear. There will be no problem as the car battery is standard and gives output of 15 volts. Car Battery output does no vary according to country.
Please don’t try same thing with room electric supply.

yes all modern cars run on a 12 volt system i bring my gps with me when i travel anywhere especcially when im in another country
